- The current gigEnn-T3 version is 2008.0229
- Updates are available when you can provide the following info for verification
- you can provide the original ordering information ( credit card, PO, etc )
- you can provide your serial number
- you can only update a basic system to another newer basic system
- you can update the NN-plus to it's newer system
- Additional fee-based "post sales" tech support has not been requested in the past
